About CHOCHO STUDIO

초(CHO) in Korean means candle and the other Cho comes from Leyna’s Surname. We decided to combine the two together and that’s how this started up this studio.

All our candles are hand crafted, poured and scented by miss Leyna herself in the beautiful city of Adelaide. The candles have different style and concept that has their own unique beauty and loveliness. Each of them are very unique and delightful in their own special way. The most amazing thing is they look super cute and pretty, but also smell damn good too.

they are a great idea for birthday, Christmas, mother’s & father’s day present or the special occasions such as wedding, bridal party or baby showers for guest gifts idea or decoration for scheme to fit what ever theme you come up with.

Also it could be simply just for you and your home, for your own self indulgence. The ideas are endless!

About CANDLE MAKER

Korea born, lived in Japan and now settled in Australia. She has a F&B management background and worked hospitality industry for last 20years, Endometriosis warrior, mum of three fur-babies called Socks, Cocopops, Peanut-butter and many plants (hello! plant lover!) also, part time yogi and full time candle artist. Leyna started make candle at home since 2018 along side her regular job. After she discovered how simple wax could be turn into a beautiful piece of art and became more passionated about it, finally she has decided to share her passion and art with world.

Kaurna people

CHOCHO STUDIO acknowledges this land that where we live today is the traditional lands for the Kaurna people and that we respect their spiritual relationship with their country.

We also acknowledge the Kaurna people as the custodians of the Adelaide region and that their cultural and heritage beliefs are still as important to the living Kaurna people today.

We always get a big inspiration from Aboriginal & Torres strait Islander contemporary art, we will continue to pay respect their deep connection and big heart to this land and their culture.
